~ ○ ~

you can say it again

& it would fall into

a pool of hope

streaming away

one more time

on a stream

of flowers

i grew

in my mind

blossoms

& blooms

for the future

of a body

a dream

a watery

reverie

where

my love

flowers

& flows

on crystalline

aquamarine

on a vast

sky of life

meant for

a time

when all of this

skin & organs

are a given

not a crime

flourishing

as fantastic flora

not crushed

sublime

you can say it again

& you’ll know

this time

your words

are tears

on the wind

of this life

filling the

waters of

our flight

This

Not this

This overbearing

Sense

Of that thing

You can’t

Quite name

About it

Under a clear blue sky You are not clear

Like the transparency Of the celestial screen This

Not this

Cloudy

Swirling

Repeat

Repetition of

That indelible

Feeling

Ink of

The impression

Of 5 things you […]

One feeling after another

Wandering in

The dawn

With

Unsuspecting

Disbelief

As spilt milk

Cries itself

To sleep

& picks

Itself up

A starting

Over

One feeling

After another

My body

Broken to some

To me

It’s my whole & only beautiful place

Within this universe

In such vast existence Biodiversity

Need be Cherished

Why should bodies

Be hiding

Behind norms

Which Distill

Disdain

Human Experience Disdain Disability

We exist

We are made

We are told […]

I only

Nourish myself

To be

Dedicated

I draw pictures
Write words
Sing songs

The crying has stopped
No peace though
None

I am not entirely sure why I’m here
I have come to understand
That that is of no consequence
~
You can’t argue with life
You tell yourself
Again

You can’t always question
What it is you are
Again & Again

You can’t always wonder
About being
Again & Again & Again

~
You left me there
I couldn’t have made a place in that hole anyway

You said you were not of this world perhaps
& perhaps that’s true

I think it’s escapism

We all need it

What if I can’t?

Photo by Ann H from Pexels

Good evening from here dear blogosphere. A little poem of affirmation to remind us that we are doing everything & we deserve rest too. 💜💜💜

Sometimes

When I’m tired

As I am now

I question

Everything

About me

I then remind myself

As gently as I can

As long as I rest

As I am now

I can always

Resume

My incremental

Trajectory
