Laden upon

With this
Purpose
Lade
Upon
You
It was
Just

You had
No choice

So you did
The things

It was no win
All lose
Those were
The stakes

You get
Out of
It

Eventually

It will
Take weeks
Weeks to
Know how to
Deal with
What was
Made

A hold on space
You slowly
Make your way
Out from
Under the lade

A crescent moon
Brightly holding
On through
A thin cloud
Screen

Cool nights
Turn over
You
You learn
To put down
The thing

The moon hides
For a time
As it rotates

From high
On the horizon
It appears
Again

For Your Daily Word Prompt ‘lade’ & a poem for glopowrimo day 17.

Authour’s note: I felt like writing another poem with moon references. Although unlike my previous piece for today, Periwinkle Sky, it’s not about the moon, but involves the moon.
