Atmosphere

What’s there
Which makes
Colour possible

You are
The ocean
Of air
That breathes
Themself
To sleep

To dream up
A once upon
A time
& to wake up
To have you
To tell it to

Stars

Stars

Rainbows
Refracted
Off the surface
Of your skin

You write down
Your dreams

Screens
& distant
Ubiquitous
Sky memes

Clouds
& Pretention
It was you
Whom I
Thought
I could tell
My songs to

Near
A river’s
Embouchure
We met
With birds
They played
Games with us

Vacation days
Passed cooking
Many flavours
We pretended to live
In treehouses

Constructed
On the
Atmosphere
On cumulus

Blue blue
Day
Blue blue
Night
Stratospheric
Shape-shifting
Colour palette

Surfacing
Æther
Clear
Organ
Swirling
Held
Inside
Of gravity
