You wield flowers
In your pocket
As if nothing
Bothers you
The stems
Like beautiful

Daisies & forget me nots
peonies & lilacs in your skirt
Skipping along the sidewalk

In reveries

Writing stories
Etched on clouds
& on the skies
Beautiful writings
On your mind’s eye

The wind whispers
Against your
In the air
You take in
& observations
Of the day

In your imagination
Fairies turn weather
Into magic houses
With unicorns
As their companions

You gaze into
A puddle &
Suddenly you
Are in another
Part of the
With centaurs

Snails & kittens
Sing & play
Bunnies here
Relay their
Wisest tales

For Your Daily Word Prompt ‘wield’

Authour’s note: poem 22/30 for a month of poetry 2021. I meant this as an ode to daydreaming & kind of a fantasy fanfic poem. Some whimsy for this early springtime.
